Nutrition Facts on Tilapia

Fish is high in protein. How much protein do you need to eat a day? According to Calorie-King (Calorie King gives the nutritional value of all types of foods and recipies), your protein intake should be about 80g. 0.87 lb of tilapia meats that need of all the protein you need in a day.

If you you take out all of the water in a person, your left with 75% protein. WOW!! You also need extra protein if you are a body-builder. 

What’s so great about that? It only takes tilapia 6 months to reach that size. This info was found in a aquanic pdf. (very informational).
